Hi, I'm Denise! I'm a master certified nutritionist, foot zone therapist, mother, and grandmother. I have a beautiful multicultural family​ that brings rich diversity to my life. Besides playing with my spunky grandchildren, I also enjoy reading, walking my dog, being in nature, and connecting with people.

I've had quite a remarkable health journey over the last several years. I used to have fibromyalgia-like symptoms, severe allergies, and psychogenic seizures.  Now, I am relatively pain-free, allergy-free, and am enjoying life more than ever before!
