Foot Zone Therapy is a gentle, relaxing technique that uses specific points on the feet that correspond to systems throughout the body. Through intentional pressure along these mapped areas, the session supports overall balance and well-being.
Unlike reflexology or acupressure, Foot Zone Therapy follows a structured protocol that works through the entire foot, rather than focusing on just one area.
It’s designed to promote relaxation and support the body’s natural ability to maintain balance.
When you arrive, you’ll remove your shoes and settle comfortably into a chair. Pillows and blankets are available so you can fully relax. Baby wipes are provided if you’d like to freshen your feet beforehand.
A typical session lasts one hour.
During the session, I work on one foot at a time, covering various areas of your foot in a standardized path. Many clients describe it as a deeply relaxing foot massage.
You’re welcome to:
Rest or even sleep
Chat or sit quietly
Use a fidget toy
Sip water (provided)
As I work, I may notice areas on the feet that feel tight or "crunchy". These areas are associated with different systems in the body. If you’re interested, we can explore what those patterns may suggest and discuss supportive lifestyle, nutritional, or emotional practices. My background in nutrition and wellness coaching allows us to go deeper if that feels helpful to you.
If you prefer a quiet, restorative experience without discussion, that is completely welcome too.
Your comfort is always the priority. If anything needs adjustment, just let me know.
Because sessions can encourage circulation and internal movement, it’s helpful to drink plenty of water afterward and allow yourself time to rest if needed.

Foot Zone Therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, but rather to support the body’s natural balance and wellness.
I look forward to helping you have a safe, relaxing, and restorative experience.
