Salad Season!

I love, love, LOVE salads!

How do I make them so delicious, you ask?

  • A good base. I like a base of varied greens, such as butter lettuce, baby Swiss chard, spinach, romaine, arugula, radicchio, watercress, mustard greens, micro greens, etc.

  • A good chop. I like my greens chopped into small pieces so that the flavors are more varied in each bite. That makes for some happy taste buds in my mouth!

  • Yummy mix-ins. There are so many delicious and nutritious things you can put in your salad to make both your mouth and your body happy!

  • Satisfying dressing. If you pair the dressing with the mix-ins, it brings all the flavors together in such a great way.
